Hypnosis is a natural state of inward focus.
During a hypnosis session, you achieve the alpha brain wave state where you are highly aware and suggestible.
You only accept suggestions that you agree with and are beneficial to you.
It is similar to the experience of daydreaming, driving in autopilot or being totally absorbed while watching a movie. This heightened state of focus gives your mind more control – not less.
Prior to the session you will be asked to fill out an intake form.
During the session we will go over the form and I will ask you some questions to get more clarity on the issue.
I will explain the hypnosis process and help you experience the induction before we begin the regression to events that lead to beliefs that have hindered your life and accomplishments. Those beliefs will be reframed, transformed or removed and healing begins.
I will create a personalized recording based on your session to be listened to daily for 3 weeks minimum.
The hypnosis session paired with the recording will help establish and reinforce new beliefs that will strengthen new behaviours and thought patterns to become second nature.
Changes can be permanent and lasting.
The approach I use comes from training in Inner Child Work, Parts Therapy Work and Transfomational Work.
Inner Child Work which I find beautifully profound and powerful helps clients heal deep wounds they wouldn’t have been able to heal otherwise.
Parts Therapy Work is a particular approach which helps clients understand themselves better and is an accelerated form of therapy that gets to the root cause in your subconscious. It gets you unstuck very quickly and easily.
Transformational Work unlike regular therapy that deals with the conscious mind, hypnosis accesses the subconscious mind to find the root cause of beliefs and change them to something better and beneficial for you to create and reframe lasting transformation and healing .
